Ministers Word

Hello everyone,

Thank you very much for visiting our website. I hope you find it useful and that you are able to obtain the information that you need.
If you have any comments to make about the site then do let us know so that we can make any necessary improvements.

It is now winter and cold, yet for some of us it is holiday time; escaping to sunny places or revelling in winter sports.
For all of us it is the start of a New Year, so I have included this prayer * as part of my message this month. Hope you like it.

With my best wishes,
John Oldershaw
Minister

God of new creation,
here in this moment,
as we look back and ahead,
remind us also of all that is now.
Strengthen us for this moment,
as we lay down regrets,
and as we make promises,
that we may know your truth:
for you make all things new,
and we offer all that is, all that has been and all that will be,
that we may find your new creation,
for us, and all people.
